Kurt and Courtney is a 1998 documentary exploring the lives of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love. The story begins with Cobain's troubled home life as a child and moves forward to his days as front man, guitarist, song writer and vocalist for Nirvana. Cobain's early career was filled with stage fright, uncertainty of himself as an artist, and his eventual experimentation with heroin. Documented by the film's director, Nick Broomfield, Kurt and Courtney is filled with photos, video clips and stories from friends and family of the deceased musician and his wife, Courtney Love.
